Give us a challenge, and we will deliver a tailor-made (ultra) high-vacuum solution in return. We developed a UHV In-Vacuum Undulator for Axilon AG in the accelerator industry and a pre-production line for Quooker featuring a 400°C continuous high-vacuum process. For Xylem GmbH, we created a UV disinfection lamp pump machine, and for Zeiss SMT and ASML, a loadlock UHV system with plasma activation and H⁺ radicals. Each system is fully customized to meet the specific needs of our clients.
